In 2013, NewTech Services provided the service of engineering supervision of the performance of its own drilling bits in horizontal drilling on the Well Pad #1 of the Novoportov field operated by Gazprom Neft Novy Port.
The rate of penetration in horizontal drilling with the NewTech bits was high, especially in drilling the 220.7mm and 152.4 mm sections. The results exceeded the 2012 technical and economic indicators of other drilling bit service companies.
