Moscow, June 27-30, 2017 Crocus Expo IEC will host the largest international oil and gas exhibition "Oil and Gas" / MIOGE 2017. Participants of the exhibition are Russian and foreign oil and gas producing and oilfield services companies, as well as producers and suppliers of oil and gas equipment and technologies. Within the framework of the MIOGE 2017 exhibition the leading international oil and gas conference - the Russian Oil and Gas Congress / RPGC 2017 - will take place. NewTech Services Executive Director, Professor of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NIU) named after I. Gubkin Valery Bessel, who has been a member of the program committee of the Moscow industry exhibitions MIOGE and the RPGC congresses held within the framework of these exhibitions for many years, will also act as moderator of the technical program of the exhibition. This year, both the exhibition and the congress will be focused on cooperation with the "Asian Tigers", localization and import substitution. Particular attention this year will be given to the section on import substitution. The current issues will be discussed within the framework of the section.
