Moscow, April 04, 2017 – Moscow State Law University named after Oleg Kutafin (MSLA) hosted the IV Moscow Legal Forum "Kutafin Readings" within the framework of the Forum an open discussion "Legal support of international business: problems of theory and practice" took place.
Anna Moskvina, Senior Lawyer of the Contract Department at “NewTech Services” made a presentation "Review of atypical conditions for international oilfield services contracts".
In her speech Anna highlighted practical issues and specifics of legal analysis and agreement on the terms of domestic and international oilfield services contracts, gave examples of contractual designs used in the of oilfield services, described the nuances of finding solutions to dispute settlement and shared the successful experience in implementing oilfield services projects.
Representatives of the scientific community, practicing lawyers, and post-graduate students took part in the discussion.
