Hydrobur-Service LLC, a NewTech Services Company, through a loan from the Industry Development Fund will increase production capacity and use new technologies for the production of the positive displacement motor (PDM).

The successful implementation of the project will allow to bring high-tech Russian-made equipment to the market.  That will lead to positive dynamics into the development of drilling technology within the oil and gas industry in Russia and further allow the company to compete successfully within the competitive market of PDM’s within the internationally recognized brands both in Russia and abroad.

A Positive Displacement Motor is designed for drilling vertical, directional and horizontal oil and gas wells, as well as for being utilized in workover and performing of side track operations.

Following the results of the project implementation, it is planned to increase the annual output of Positive Displacement Downhole motors from 180 to 372 units per year Commencing in 2019. It is planned to increase manufacturing capacity of PDMs with an outer diameter of 95 mm, 106 mm, 120 mm, 178 mm, 240 mm.

The implementation of its own production line for the coating stators will allow us to achieve high quality products and increase production capacity of the enterprise, as well as reduce the share of outsourcing in the production process.

The project cost is 180 million rubles, 90 million rubles  were provided by the Industry Development Fund in the form of a concessional loan.

The project's product lines adhere and comply with the requirements of technical specifications TU 3664-003-14673381-2016 in accordance with GOST 12.2.003.
