New Machinery for Best-In-Class PDM Technologies in Hydrobur-service

Perm, Russia– Early February 2020, a new high-precision machine to produce single- and multi-lobe rotors and stator cores (Weingartner Maschinenbau (Austria)) was launched at the Hydrobur-service manufacturing facility.


The new machine is part of an extensive equipment renovation program and will allow a rapid production of the power sections at the highest industry standards. The capacity of the machine is up to 120 power sections per month.


PDM performance and reliability is highly dependent on the excellence in the point radius milling of multi-lobe rotors and stator cores. Hydrobur-service invests into the quality of its products. The new machine will permit to leverage the mechanical engineering of positive displacement mud motors of all sizes to the highest level of quality and productivity.
